I picked up a mini PC from tangopc.com, the fan noise wasn't nothing subtle. Even when I'm just doing basic stuff, it sits there whining right on my desk. Support hasn't been quick either, so I can't say I don't regret buying it.

I had to reach out to tangopc support because my setup got stuck and I couldn’t really get past it. They did get back to me, and the person helping seemed like he knew what he was doing, so that part was reassuring.

It just took longer than I expected, and I had to explain the same issue twice, which was a little frustrating. The problem did get fixed in the end, so... not bad, just not as smooth as I’d hoped

I was a bit disappointed with how limited the upgrade options are. It feels like it should be a lot easier to upgrade, but the process isn’t as straightforward as I expected.

I had a rough time trying to get a replacement through tangopc.com. I figured it would be a simple process, but it ended up feeling way more drawn out than I expected.

The whole thing was slow, confusing, and kind of annoying? I kept having to check for updates myself, and it never really felt like anyone was actually handling it or keeping me in the loop. For something as basic as a replacement, it shouldn’t have been this much work.
Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but mine definitely wasn’t great. After buying, I expected better support... instead it just turned into a headache

It worked okay at first, but after just a few months the casing started feeling weak. i got a little annoyed because I didn’t think I’d have to worry about durability that soon. Decent enough, but definitely not as tough as I hoped.

I ordered from tangopc.com and the shipping was just okay, not terrible or anything but not what I’d call quick either. I was kind of expecting it to move along a little faster
The tracking finally updated after a couple days, then it basically just sat there for a bit which was a little annoying. Package showed up in good shape though, nothing was damaged

So overall, it was alright. not super fast but it got here, I’d probably order again if I wasn’t in a rush

I’ve been using TangoPC for a little while now, the operating system is fine most of the time. It does what I need on normal days, but I’ve had a few random freezes, and one update got stuck, which was frustrating. The support info I found was also kind of bare-bones. It’s not a terrible experience, but if a product is being sold for everyday work, I think it’s only fair to expect better reliability. It just needs to be more stable before I’d fully trust it as my daily setup.

I’ve been having issues where the internet cuts out quite a bit during sessions. It might depend on the time of day or something, but it’s been frustrating. Support does respond, though it’s usually a bit slower than I’d like. Overall, I’m not sure I’d rely on it for daily use.

As someone who really depends on clear, straightforward communication, dealing with tangopc.com was frustrating. I had a hard time getting direct answers, and the replies took longer than I expected. When they did respond, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I wrote, because I had to explain the same thing more than once. In the end, I still didn’t get much help, and it made the whole experience way more annoying than it needed to be.

Maybe I’m just picky about websites, but I found this one kind of frustrating. It feels clunky to me, the pages don’t always load smoothly, and the menus had me clicking around more than I wanted. I’m sure some people might get used to it, but personally I had a hard time finding what I needed.

I’ve been happy with my Tango so far. Setting it up was easy, and it gave me that little flashback to when I first got excited about having a clean, simple desk setup. It runs fast for my work stuff and streaming, which has been a nice change. The only thing I’ve noticed is that it can get a bit warm after I’ve had it on for a long time, but nothing that’s caused any real problems yet

I got my order from tangopc.com and yeah, it works, but the build quality isn’t really what I was hoping for. The case feels light and kind of flimsy, and a few of the edges don’t line up as cleanly as they should. For the price, I expected something sturdier. I haven’t bothered reaching out to customer service because I don’t really trust that they’d do much besides give me a runaround.

So far, it’s been solid for everyday work stuff, and it stays cool most of the time. I’ve definitely noticed my power use is lower too, which is nice. Setup was easy enough and delivery was fine, no big issues there. I’m only knocking off one star because the fan gets a little louder than I expected sometimes, not awful but noticable...

The plans seemed reasonable at first, but I didn’t realize some of the extra costs until later. Maybe I missed something, but it felt like the pricing could’ve been laid out more clearly from the start. It wasn’t a huge issue, just kind of frustrating, and I feel like I can’t be the only one who’d want to know everything upfront.

It looks clean and simple, which I really like, and the setup was easy enough that I didn’t get frustrated halfway through. Overall, I’m happy with tangopc.com.

My refund did come through in the end, but it took longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, just wish it had been a little quicker.

I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering. The processing took way too long, and I went days without any updates at all. It was frustrating not knowing what was going on, i regret placing the order.

I’ve been using it for a bit now it’s been reliable. Most days it just works like it should, and I haven’t run into any major issues yet, which is kind of nice.

I was expecting a little more for the price, but maybe that’s just me being unreasonable. It’s not terrible or anything, just definitely not something I’d say is worth what they’re charging. Glad I tried it, I guess, but I wouldn’t rush to buy it again
